• Booking the Trip

Flights, airport transfers, and hotel accommodation will all be arranged by TERRA Real Estate. If preferred you can make your own plans and we will arrange viewings only. Please tell us at your earliest opportunity your travel dates so we can arrange the viewing schedule for you.

• Accommodation & Transport

We offer you the choice of a high-standard hotel or a luxury apartment ensuring that you have a comfortable and pleasant stay during your trip. Your TERRA Real Estate Agent is at your disposal for your viewing trip. We will always pick you up at a pre-arranged time from your hotel in a modern, fully insured, and air-conditioned private vehicle.

• Property Viewings 

Your TERRA Real Estate Agent will collect you from accommodation and drive you to our office. During our first meeting, we need to confirm and understand what property viewings are right for you.

The agent will outline the procedure of buying a property in Turkey and also inform you about our services during and after the sales process. We’ll create with you a ‘viewing pack’ containing property brochures, floor plans, price lists, and other relevant property information. We will visit each property and organize an ‘on-site meet’ with the developer/vendor to answer any questions you may have.

The viewings are 100% tailored around your needs, budget, and at your pace.

• Reviewing

Following each viewing feel free to ask more detailed questions or simply just let us know your thoughts. The agent is there to help you so please draw on their experience and knowledge to make an informed choice.

Some clients view this trip as the final piece in their property jigsaw puzzle and wisely pre-arrange their finance to avoid disappointment or stressful delays created by post-trip finance applications.

At any stage in the trip, you can choose to complete on a property of your choice, or alternatively, you can return home and think over the options. You will not be pressured to buy at any time.

Viewing Tour Program

TERRA Real Estate offers a viewing trip that includes; flight with a return ticket, transportation from and to Antalya Airport (Or desired airport), and 3 nights hotel with half board. We design your viewing trip around your needs, budget, and at your pace.

Day 1

• Departure: From departure airport
• Arrival: To destination airport 
• Transportation from Antalya or another airport
• Check-in at hotel
• Dinner at the hotel

Day 2

• Breakfast at hotel
• Visit our office. Discuss the properties we will be visiting.
• Viewings.
• Lunch at the select restaurant
• Viewing trip continues
• Return to the hotel and Evening meal

Day 3

• Breakfast at hotel
• Re-visit the properties you are most interested in.
• Lunch at a select restaurant
• Detailed information on everything relating to the purchase, any contract signing and meet with the developer.
