Ankara og Izmir fulgte etter med henholdsvis 134 046 og 80 398 salg. De laveste salgstallene ble registrert i Ardahan, Hakkari og Bayburt.

Det tyrkiske direktoratet for tinglysing og matrikkel har lansert prosjektet Produksjon av 3D-bymodeller og etablering av 3D-kadasterbase for å modernisere registrering, dokumentasjon og planlegging av eiendom. Fra og med 1. januar 2025 skal arkitekttegninger og 3D-digitale bygningsmodeller leveres i et sikkert elektronisk format for alle transaksjoner knyttet til selveierleiligheter over hele landet.
