Det tyrkiske statistiske institut (TUIK) har offentliggjort sin rapport om ejendomssalgsstatistik for 2024. I alt 1.478.025 ejendomme solgt i Tyrkiet i 2024 I 2024 blev der solgt 1.478.025 boligejendomme i Tyrkiet, svarende til en stigning på 20,6 % i forhold til 2023. Istanbul havde det højeste antal salg med 239.213 ejendomme, efterfulgt af Ankara og Izmir med henholdsvis 134.046 og 80.398 salg. De laveste salgstal blev registreret i Ardahan, Hakkari og Bayburt.

Generaldirektoratet for Jordregister og Kadaster har sat gang i projektet 3D-bymodeller og etablering af en 3D-kadasterbase for at modernisere, hvordan ejendomme registreres og planlægges. Fra den 1. januar 2025 skal arkitekttegninger og tredimensionelle digitale bygningsmodeller indsendes i et sikkert, elektronisk format ved alle transaktioner, der vedrører ejerlejligheder i hele landet.
