I was naturally very nervous about buying a property in Turkey after reading various articles in the UK. I saw various agencies including Terra Homes and in particular Emirhan. The other agencies were fine but Emirhan spoke perfect English which really helps a lot. He was not pushy and listened to what you said. Finally, I found a property in Avsallar, and Emirhan did all the necessary paperwork or took me to the right departments. It is complex but with Emirhan's guidance, we completed it relatively easily. The after-sales service was exemplary and I would commend Emirhan and Terra Homes for all their assistance.

By the way, you don't need a lawyer even though I used one. Just use Terra Homes and save yourself over £1500.
