TERRA Real Estate ® Wins Best Real Estate Agency Türkiye at the European Property Awards 2026–2027

TERRA Real Estate ® has received the five-star Best Real Estate Agency Single Office Türkiye award at the European Property Awards 2026–2027.
The award was presented on Thursday, 22 October 2026, at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. The ceremony brought together professionals working in real estate, architecture, interior design and property development from across Europe and Africa.
Oktay Uyaroğlu, Founder and CEO, and Mehmet Karaaslan, Branch Manager, accepted the award on behalf of the company. It adds to TERRA Real Estate’s earlier success at the European Property Awards, including in 2022–2023.
The award marks the company’s fifth recognition at the European Property Awards. The company previously received honours in 2019–2020, 2020–2021, 2021–2022 and 2022–2023, including two Five Star distinctions. In 2022–2023, it was also nominated for Best Real Estate Agency Europe.

The International Property Awards, established in 1993, recognise achievement in residential and commercial property. The European Property Awards are part of this programme, which spans architecture, property development, interior design and real estate across nine regions worldwide.
- Judging: An independent panel of more than 100 industry experts reviews the entries, and each submission goes to judges with relevant professional experience.
- Process: Entrants submit a portfolio addressing the questions and meeting the criteria for their category. Judges score it, and awards are granted where the required standard is met.
- Oversight: The programme’s joint chairmen are Lord Best, The Earl of Lytton, Lord Waverley and Lord Thurso, whose role includes overseeing the fairness and integrity of the judging arrangements.
- Next stages: Selected top-scoring national Five Star winners are nominated for further judging at regional and international level, with those titles announced at the grand final.
