As one of the pioneers in the Turkish real estate market, we participated in the "Buying Property Abroad" exhibition, one of the biggest real estate fairs in the world.
The main purpose of the fair, which has been held with the participation of exclusive properties every year since 2003, is to create a suitable environment where stakeholders and potential property buyers can discuss specific subjects, get answers to their questions and explore investment options abroad.
Aiming to activate the real estate market, especially after the pandemic, the fair brought together investors and potential customers and achieved great success with high participation. High demand has allowed real estate companies to reach large numbers of potential buyers and showcase their portfolios.
TERRA Real Estate Attracted Great Attention from Buyers and Investors
The first exhibition of 2022, in which TERRA Real Estate participated, was held in Gothenburg on 5 and 6 March. The second exhibition was held in Stockholm on 26 - 27 March.

Thanks to the intense interest of property buyers and investors, we have presented our best real estate options and profitable investment opportunities in Turkey, Cyprus, Spain, and the USA. We also informed the participants about the process of buying property in these countries. Moreover, visitors of the fair, who are looking for a holiday or permanent residence, showed great interest in the terms and conditions of obtaining Turkish citizenship by investment.
