Ian Chechin from Russia on Buying an Apartment in Alanya
Ian Chechin from Russia shares his experience of buying an apartment in Alanya with the support of TERRA Real Estate ®.
To put it simply, this is the best real estate agency we came across in Alanya. Our situation was not straightforward, as we needed to find several apartments suitable for a citizenship application.
Before finding TERRA Real Estate, we had the unpleasant experience of contacting around ten different agencies. Some suggested questionable arrangements, others showed us properties that clearly did not meet our requirements, and several were simply unable to find anything suitable. There were even people who asked us to pay for the time they had spent showing us apartments.
Finding TERRA Real Estate was a real stroke of luck. I would especially like to thank Emirhan. He presented us with a wide range of options and helped us find an apartment that matched what we were looking for.
He supported us throughout the entire purchase process – or, to be more accurate, he practically handled everything for us. He even helped with everyday matters that had nothing to do with his actual work.
To sum it up, if I were looking for property again, I would only do it with this agency. They maintain a level of service that, in my experience, many other agencies still have a long way to reach.
